What is the white-label client portal?
The client portal is a space where your clients log in to see everything about their work with you. On Pro and Plus it carries your agency's own name, logo, and brand color - not FreelancerHub's - so it feels like a premium tool you built. You invite a client by email; they set their own password from that invite link, so there's nothing for you to manage on their behalf.
Inside, clients can follow project progress, download their invoice PDFs and pay them, message you directly, and open files you've shared through secure links. That self-serve experience cuts down the endless "can you send me that again?" emails and makes even a solo freelancer feel like an established agency.
